Conferences of Academy of Medical Sciences

• The Academy of Medical Sciences, an academic institution of Romanian doctors, pharmacists, and researchers from within the country, from all Romanian provinces, as well as from abroad, presents a series of online conferences aimed at showcasing the experiences accumulated by ASM members and collaborators in various fields of medical science, in this challenging year of the pandemic.
• The Academy of Medical Sciences, as a national scientific body, together with universities and research institutions, plays an active role in the public life of the country, through its scientific knowledge potential in the fields of biomedicine, clinical medicine, fundamental medicine, preventive medicine, public health, and pharmaceutical sciences, with the aim of improving the health status of the population.
• The experiences of the guests, the research conducted in specialized institutes in Romania and abroad, the results, as well as the collaboration with other institutions abroad with which they are closely connected, now allow us to present, from a scientific point of view, a profile of the SARS-CoV-2 infection in the first year of the pandemic.
